We are seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support and drive the success of our HVAC sales team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring sales opportunities are assigned efficiently, fairly, and strategically while helping our Comfort Advisors maximize their productivity and close rates.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the geography of New Jersey, and is looking to build a long-term career with advancement opportunities into management.
Sales Lead Coordinator (In-Office Role)
Pay: $24 – $32 per hour Schedule: MUST BE FLEXIBLE- Hours of operation are 8am - 8pm every day Full-time, year-round work

Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Distribute incoming sales leads to Comfort Advisors based on established KPIs and performance metrics.
Monitor lead flow and appointment assignments to maximize efficiency and sales opportunities.
Ensure proper territory coverage and route optimization throughout New Jersey.
Track sales team performance and maintain accurate lead assignment records.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to support daily operations and team objectives.
Communicate effectively with sales representatives, customer service teams, and management.
Identify opportunities to improve lead management processes and overall team performance.
Assist with reporting, scheduling, and sales-related administrative functions.
Qualifications What You Need
Previous leadership, supervisory, or coordination experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with New Jersey geography and travel patterns.
Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
HVAC, home services, or sales support experience is a plus.
Desire to grow into future management opportunities.
