Division & Location Howard Technology Solutions – Columbia, SC Job Description Howard Technology Solutions is looking for a highly qualified Sr. Network Presales Engineer to provide pre and post sale support for Cisco networking products. The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of network principals and fundamentals, and extensive experience in building, troubleshooting, or modifying switch configurations, IP address schemes, VLans, and subnetting. They will possess strong communication skills and be able to convey proposed products and services to audiences of varying technical knowledge levels. The candidate should have at least two of the following network infrastructure certifications: Cisco CCIE or CCDE (preferred) Cisco CCNP (considered) Responsibilities Function within a team environment and possess strong interpersonal skills. Provide remote customer support, travel to meet with new and existing customers, and perform onsite installations as needed. Communicate with customers and the sales team to manage new and existing customer projects.
