Über

IT System Administrator will provide technical support to end users in a desktop, server and infrastructure environment. Strong analytical, planning, organizing and problem-solving skills are needed to be successful in this position.The ability to support the installation and maintenance of client PC/Server hardware and software with the ability toperformnetwork deployments is required.IT System Administrator will report indirectly to the Site Head / Plant Manager.
Responsibilities
Provide support to clients bothdesksideand remotely
Correct faults and provide resolution of complex problem tickets
Perform PC and network troubleshooting and upgrades
Network support and troubleshooting
Perform network analysis and capacity planning
Assist in the creation of processes and procedures for client network operations
Contribute to the administration of network backupand disaster recovery
Contribute to the planning and implementation of multiple projects
Provides IT support for Tedor employees
Understanding of enterprise IT at the scale and complexity within the pharmaceutical industry.
Research new technologies to apply to the organization in the most efficient manner.
Create, manage, and implement IT projects while adhering to schedule, scope, and budget.
Administrates phone system, data network, security system, and access control.
Purchases equipment and applicable service.
Participates in contingency planning.
Oversees "data center" which holds confidential information and secure data.
Develops or updates project plans for IT projects including objectives, technologies, systems, informationspecifications.
Confers with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
Assists in special projects as requested by management.
Oversees the deployment of desktops, laptops, monitors, phones, and peripherals as requested.
Oversees troubleshooting's and repairs of malfunctioning IT managed equipment such as desktops, laptops, phones, etc.
Completes documentation for the IT department as necessary.
Qualifications
B.S. in Information Technicology Science, or equivalent work experience/certifications (A+, Network+, CCNA, CCSP, MCP, MCSE, and MCSA).
Five to Seven (5 – 7) years of work/information technology experience.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Knowledge of Windowsoperating systems up to Windows 10
Knowledge of Windows Server is required
Experience with Microsoft Exchange is required
Understanding of network switches, routers, and firewalls is required
Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMWare experience a plus.
