Responsibilities Aid in creating budgets Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps Give creative ideas for marketing purposes Manage all competitor, customer and market research Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies Qualifications Problem analysis and problem-solving Experience with relevant software applications High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards Compensation$75,000‑$150,000
