Position Overview The Branch Sales Manager supports a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives. They improve the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services, provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals, and maximize performance within a defined market. Key Performance Indicators Customer NPS Revenue growth Cost control Customer retention Colleague retention and engagement Key Responsibilities Hire, onboard, train, manage and engage a frontline sales team in the designated area. Support collaboration between Sales and Operations, align goals, and drive performance. Lead weekly team meetings to monitor performance, focus on skill development, and address priorities. Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the territory. Facilitate regular one‑on‑one debriefs to build communication, identify training needs, and improve sales activity performance. Ensure the team meets or exceeds activity standards and selected KPIs to achieve sales targets. Set a strong example in personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits. Monitor progress against revenue objectives and APITDA realization jointly with Operations. Serve as steward of the Rentokil‐Terminix business model, ensuring company programs are delivered with excellence at the branch level. Monitor and enforce effective sales programs, proper use of materials, and inventory management. Maintain a high standard of management and quality image. Qualifications and Skills At least one year of Rentokil Terminix experience in the designated field. High school diploma or GED (preferred). Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication, including report writing and presentation skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, or regulatory documents. Basic business mathematics and sales data analysis skills. Capability to acquire required licenses or certificates as mandated by federal, state, or local agencies. Knowledge of pest and termite acumen, pest and termite management solutions, home and facility construction, residential and commercial customer segments, sales processes, EHS/safety compliance, systems, tools, technology, financial and budgeting acumen, customer service, internal and external communication, and selling skills. Compensation and Benefits Yearly Pay Range: $62,700.00 – $101,200.00. Benefits begin on Day 1 for full‑time colleagues, including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and wellness programs.
