About the Position As a Senior Business Analyst at Power Design, you’ll serve as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and IT, using analytical and process improvement skills to optimize systems, workflows, and technology solutions. You’ll help identify opportunities for efficiency, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support the implementation of solutions that drive organizational success. This role requires a balance of technical acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure business objectives are met through data-driven insights and scalable processes.
Position Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert in assigned business areas and systems
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements
Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements that improve performance and outcomes
Develop and maintain system documentation, process workflows, and data models to ensure consistency and accuracy
Collaborate with development and QA teams to define user stories, test cases, and validate solutions during implementation
Support change management efforts by communicating updates, improvements, and process changes to impacted teams
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure alignment with business goals
Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies that support continuous improvement
Assist in maintaining product roadmaps, managing expectations, and ensuring visibility into project timelines and priorities
Demonstrate proficiency with technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence to support daily activities
Here’s What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a technical/business-related discipline
4+ years of experience in a process improvement, business analysis, or systems implementation role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, OneNote) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in fast‑paced, results‑driven environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
