Roles & Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day incident monitoring and resolution (ServiceNow preferred)
Interaction with client (IT & business users) on functional issues
Triaging of issues and coordination with cross‑functional teams for timely resolution
Follow service management processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem, etc.)
Maintaining agreed SLAs and ensuring quality of delivery
Interaction with SMEs on functional issues
Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEM, and other IT stakeholders
Track and report progress to stakeholders
Development of functionalities as per requirement provided by the customer
Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEM, and business stakeholders for their particular area
Stakeholder management, share regular updates and assist in preparing operational reports
Maintain agreed SLA levels and assuring quality of delivery at all times
Required Technical/Functional Skills
Good experience as a PDMLink and Windchill developer and in related admin and support activities
Strong experience in database technologies (SQL, Oracle)
Working experience in ServiceNow and knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, and Knowledge Management processes
Working with manufacturing customers is an added advantage

Salary Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
