Responsibilities:

Collect routine specimens

Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises

Assist with clients personal care activities

Maintain patients care records and document provided services

Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition

Obtaining a wide range of information from physicians, caregivers and nurses about patient condition, treatment plans, and suggested activities

Turning and repositioning bedridden patients

Ensuring patients or residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
