Worksite Requirements: This role requires significant time spent in the field, with approximately 90% of the workweek dedicated to visiting stores, engaging with on-site teams, and assessing operations firsthand. Candidates should expect to travel frequently to various locations to provide hands-on support, ensure compliance with company standards, and foster strong relationships with store teams. This is not a desk-based role; success in this position will require active, in-person involvement in the day-to-day operations across multiple sites.

In a nutshell

The District Manager is responsible for leading multiple dispensary locations to achieve sales, profitability, compliance, and customer experience goals across a defined region. They are a critical link between corporate strategies and field execution, supporting store leadership in building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
