High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in using technology and CRM systems for tracking sales activities. Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
