Speech Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Therapist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe, functional communication and swallowing. You will educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.
