Store Associate

Bedford Hardware is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying active, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous hardware experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals with strong customer service skills.

• Help customers find products and answer questions
• Operate the cash register accurately
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Receive and put away inventory
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Answer phones and assist with inquiries
• Support teammates and daily operations

• Friendly and customer-focused
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Retail, cashier, hardware, or customer service experience is a plus

Full-time position

Five days per week, including Sundays

Overtime eligible

Starting pay: $21.00 per hour
