Job Summary: The Senior Desktop Support professional will provide on-site IT support for providers and practice managers within a clinical environment, serving as the primary face of IT support operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily IT support at clinical locations using the ServiceNow ticketing system. Travel to clinic sites for onsite technical support as needed. Support end-user onboarding, hardware setup, software installation, and technical troubleshooting. Handle and resolve IT escalations from clinical locations. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues. Replace hardware components when necessary. Assist users with adapting to new technologies and system changes. Contribute to process improvements and support operational best practices. Required Skills: Desktop Support Experience Required: 3–5 years of relevant experience
