Proactively examines and improves design operational models and workflows while collaborating with the Design Operations team Develops and implements structured communication plans for programs, ensuring clarity and addressing stakeholder questions Manages program status, mitigates risks, and communicates changes in scope, budget, and timeline to internal and external partners
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree 5-7+ years of design project or program management experience within a product design organization Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Experience with communication, workflow, and creative asset management systems such as Jira and Figma Experience managing programs and Scrum teams in Agile environments
