Design Consultant

What you'll do:
Lead creative direction from first concept meeting through final walkthrough. Champion the client relationship and guide homeowners through every decision with clarity and confidence. Collaborate across design and construction to keep complex projects moving without losing a single detail

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

Responsibilities
• Manage residential design projects from start to finish • Create floor plans, design concepts, and material selections • Meet with clients and guide them through the design process • Coordinate with project managers, drafting teams, and vendors • Conduct site visits and field measurements • Prepare proposals, specifications, and project documentation • Track selections, orders, and project timelines • Maintain organized and accurate design files • Support team collaboration and project success
Qualifications
• Experience in residential interior design required • Experience managing design projects preferred • Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar software preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Detail-oriented and client-focused • Comfortable attending on-site visits as needed
