We are seeking an experienced
IT Project Manager
to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on managing multiple projects, collaborating across departments, and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact software solutions.
You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership-driving project success from initiation through implementation while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery
Manage multiple complex IT projects across full SDLC using
Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies Ensure projects are delivered
on time, within scope, and on budget Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business Analysts Drive project execution, task planning, estimation, and backlog management Monitor KPIs and project performance before and after implementation Stakeholder & Communication Management Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Lead project and stakeholder meetings, drive action items, and ensure accountability Provide clear, consistent reporting on
status, risks, issues, timelines, and budgets Serve as the
primary point of contact
for IT leadership and external vendors Risk, Issue & Vendor Management Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate when necessary Manage third-party vendors and partners to ensure timely and quality deliverables Resolve project conflicts, blockers, and dependencies efficiently Process & Governance Enforce SDLC processes and ensure all production changes are controlled Lead release management for production deployments Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, status reports, etc.) Create and update policies and procedures as needed Technical & Operational Support Support SDLC functions including Business Analysis, QA, and Engineering Participate in
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and product specification reviews Analyze and coordinate application changes aligned with business objectives Provide support for mission-critical systems, including
24/7 availability when required Qualifications Proven experience managing
complex IT projects in fast-paced environments Strong expertise in
Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies Demonstrated ability to manage
budgets, schedules, scope, and performance metrics Experience working in a
matrixed organization
with cross-functional teams Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Additional Responsibilities Represent the organization professionally when interacting with staff, vendors, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Participate in team meetings and complete performance evaluations Maintain an organized, professional work environment Support organizational mission, vision, and values Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned Why Join Us?
