Über
A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field with strong quantitative foundation
Experience working with health plans, healthcare analytics, payer and health-system-facing reporting
Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks (i.e. SQL, dbt, Airflow, etc.) and data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.)
Experience operating as a highly collaborative cross-functional partner, with the ability to influence strategy, proactively anticipate cross-functional needs, and support internal client success/sales teams without having direct ownership of the account

A proven track record of successfully transitioning manual, one-off reporting tasks into automated, scalable workflows and templates
Deep understanding of specific healthcare performance indicators, such as clinical outcomes, cost of care, network adequacy, or utilization rates
