Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal functional recovery. You will educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on exceptional, patient-centered care and professional growth.
