Now Hiring: Full-Time 1st Shift Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Join our team as a Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) and help provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and rewarding environment. Position Overview As a Caregiver-C.N.A., you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on care and support to our residents. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will assist residents in maintaining their independence, dignity, and overall well-being while ensuring their safety and comfort. Schedule
Full-Time | 1st Shift
What You'll Do
Provide direct resident care in accordance with physician orders and care plans Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.) Encourage residents to maintain independence and adapt to their environment Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment Uphold all company policies and state/federal healthcare regulations
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required Current Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification (active and in good standing) Completion of required in-services Minimum 3 months of experience in basic nursing care preferred Must be 18 years or older (Department of Labor requirement)
