How you'll make an impact in this role Support daily patient wellness by assisting with personal care and activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout their stay. Facilitate seamless patient transitions by welcoming individuals upon arrival and safely guiding them during discharge. Champion a safe healing environment by maintaining pristine, orderly patient rooms and ensuring medical equipment is clean and ready for use. Serve as a critical line of communication by observing and promptly reporting any changes in a patient's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the nursing team. Document patient care journeys accurately and efficiently to ensure the clinical team has high-quality records for continuity of care.
What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
