Specific schedule to be determined based on campus needs. Key responsibilities include:
Providing direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance Assisting residents with meals, hydration, and activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations Supporting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Responding to call lights and resident needs in a timely and respectful manner Building positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Upholding and modeling the organization's mission, vision, and values in daily interactions
Qualifications include:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska Previous long-term care or healthcare experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance, especially for weekend coverage

Physical requirements include:
