We are seeking an accomplished Design Principal to help expand our architecture practice and strengthen our client relationships and market presence throughout Southern California.
This senior leadership role combines design leadership, client engagement, business development, corporate development, and collaboration with executive leadership in shaping the future direction of the practice.
Location: Orange County, California.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent professional architectural degree.
California Licensed Architect required.
25+ years of professional experience in architecture and design leadership.
Current or former Principal, Managing Principal, Design Principal, Studio Director, Practice Leader, or similar leadership position.
Demonstrated client relationship and business development experience.
Established professional relationships throughout the Southern California AEC market.
