Lead the design of the most complex integration capabilities that connect AI and automation solutions to enterprise and network tools, platforms, and services.
Develop and refine reusable connectors, templates, interface patterns, and automation components that improve consistency and scalability of integration delivery.
Act as a consultant across a broad range of tools, integration patterns, platforms, and vendor offerings to help drive targeted business and transformation outcomes.
Lead evaluation of reference models, blueprints, and integration playbooks to ensure they are fit for purpose, secure, supportable, and aligned to approved architectural patterns.
Contribute to the technology strategy and architectural direction for integration services and provide feedback to architecture and platform teams on end-to-end solution needs.
Help establish secure authentication and authorization patterns that enable governed interaction between models, workflows, and enterprise tools.
Mentor and guide Infrastructure Engineers and related contributors to ensure integration solutions comply with enterprise design, engineering, and operational standards.
Participate in relevant steering committees, design reviews, or technical forums for infrastructure service domains, platform onboarding, and integration enablement.
Review and guide evaluations of third‑party and enterprise products being considered for integration, onboarding, or adoption within the transformation ecosystem.
Develop or guide software and automation solutions that improve manual, repeatable, or inefficient integration processes.
Required Skills
Strong experience designing and leading implementation of complex infrastructure tool and service integrations in a large enterprise environment.
Advanced knowledge of API‑based integration patterns, service interfaces, gateway models, and platform connectivity approaches used to connect tools, workflows, and applications.
Experience defining reusable integration blueprints, reference patterns, templates, and playbooks that improve delivery speed, consistency, and maintainability.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, secret handling, and secure access patterns required for system‑to‑system and model‑to‑tool interaction.
Experience enabling interactions between applications, infrastructure tools, automation platforms, and enterprise services through governed and supportable integration methods.
Strong understanding of infrastructure service design, interface dependencies, resiliency expectations, and operational support models needed for production‑grade integration services.
Ability to evaluate complex integration designs and guide teams on scalability, fit‑for‑purpose design, supportability, and alignment to enterprise standards.
Experience working across architecture, engineering, platform, security, and delivery stakeholders to align integration capabilities with broader technical and operational needs.
Familiarity with enterprise and network platforms and an understanding of the practical constraints involved in exposing tool capabilities safely for downstream use.
Experience contributing to strategy, architecture direction, or roadmap input for integration services, platform onboarding, or reusable connectivity capabilities.
Strong knowledge of logging, monitoring, observability, resiliency, and performance expectations for integrated services in production environments.
Experience evaluating third‑party or enterprise products, services, and interfaces to determine fitness for adoption, integration, and operational support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain integration designs, constraints, dependencies, and operational considerations clearly.
Experience mentoring engineers or guiding technical contributors on integration methods, interface validation, and implementation practices.
Experience working in a fast‑paced and complex environment with evolving priorities, multiple platforms, and cross‑functional integration dependencies.
