We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Analyst to support IT project initiation, system implementations, technology procurements, and business process analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, creating process flows, and supporting SDLC initiatives.
Required Skills
5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience
Strong knowledge of SDLC, business process analysis, and requirements management
Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions
Expertise in documenting AS-IS/TO-BE processes, workflow diagrams, use cases, and UI mockups
Experience with procurement documentation, SOWs, vendor coordination, and contract support
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Bachelor s degree required
Preferred Skills
Government/Public Sector experience
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Visio, SharePoint, Balsamiq, or similar tools
CBAP certification
