Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Tax Advisor to join our team. The Tax Advisor is a key part of our team – you will be a part of tax preparation, compliance, and advising clients on tax planning. What you will do:Prepare individual and business (c-corps, s-corps, partnerships) tax returns. Develop your skills and knowledge to increase complexity and types of returns completedBuild, maintain and enhance client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of each client’s business and financesProvide or assist with accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, etc.Identify, research, and resolve tax issuesWhat we look for:0-3 year of experience preparing a variety of tax returnsUnderstanding of practices, theories, and policies related to taxes and accountingBachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree PreferredEA or CPA desired (or actively working towards licensure)What we offer:Opportunity for advancement within a rapidly growing professional services firmOngoing informal and formal training and developmentCompetitive compensation401(k) and medical benefitsFirm sponsored continuing educationRequirements:
