• At least 15-20 years of experience
• Experienced in managing large engagements successfully
• Formulating long term and short term strategies to accomplish corporate goals.
• Making decisions and resolve problems
• Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work
• Managing multiple teams and delivering
• Developing Objectives and Strategies
• Delivering and implementing the project as per scheduled deadlines
• Extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the technical support team and client.
• Manage & mitigate risks
• Experience of working on multiple domains
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Good understanding of relevant technologies
• Review operational reports or project progress reports
• Arrange meetings with stakeholders and appraise them of progress or, any challenges
• Involve in design discussions
