Electrical Director - Commercial Construction

The Commercial Electrical Director leads and grows our Commercial Electrical division. This role is responsible for overall performanceoperations, financials, team leadership, and strategywhile making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and done right. You'll work closely with leadership, field teams, and customers to drive success across the entire segment.

What you'll do:

• Lead and support all commercial electrical operations
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and profitability goals
• Own financial performance, budgets, and forecasting
• Manage and develop a team of PMs, estimators, designers, and superintendents
• Build strong relationships with customers, GCs, and internal teams
• Drive growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and team capacity
• Support and promote Dave Jones safety culture and core values
