Salesforce Product Owner

As a Salesforce Product Owner you must be a natural problem solver, you think the best answer is the simplest and most elegant. You'll work within an agile delivery team and use your skills to create and customize applications on the Lightning platform.

Responsibilities will vary, but ultimately include:

• Defined and owned the product requirements
• Be the production champion and lead the effort from discovery to launch
• Manage timely delivery of product that meets the defined requirements, quality standards and customer expectations
• Collaborate with different stakeholders including business, developers and quality assurance and other team within the organization to deliver quality product
• Work within the scrum team and participate in to improve the overall delivery process
• Engage with customers to listen to their pain points and address them effectively
• Lead a cross functional team of design and development individuals in agile environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience of Salesforce products
• Experience with Software development life cycle
• Excellent communication, customer management and project management skills
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with multiple Salesforce cloud solutions, primarily focused on Sales and Service Cloud and the community portal
• Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
