Position Overview: Key ResponsibilitiesExceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, listen actively to their vehicle concerns, and provide expert advice on maintenance and repair needs.
Service Coordination: Schedule and manage service appointments to ensure a smooth shop workflow and minimal wait times for our guests.
Tech-to-Customer Translation: Collaborate closely with our skilled technicians to accurately understand vehicle issues and explain recommended repairs clearly to customers.
Transparent Communication: Keep customers proactively informed on their vehicle's status, repair timelines, and any cost updates.
Relationship Building: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure total satisfaction and maintain long-term loyalty.
What We're Looking ForExperience: 13 years in customer service, retail, hospitality, or an automotive role. (Previous Service Advisor experience is a plus, but a great attitude is our priority!)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Multitasking Pro: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple repair orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Mindset: A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to absolute honesty.
Basic Knowledge: A general understanding or interest in vehicle mechanics is helpful, but not required (we will train you!).
