Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Department: Nursing Reports To: Charge Nurse, Unit Nurse Manager, ADON, or DON Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Provide safe transfers and positioning in beds, wheelchairs, and lifts.
  • Support residents with meal services, including feeding assistance and documentation.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, meal intake, and weight tracking.
  • Follow infection control protocols and ensure resident safety at all times.
  • Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for residents.
Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state. High School Diploma or equivalent. Current CPR/BLS Certification. Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift/move at least 35 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
