2-3+ years of contract review and drafting experience
Our client is seeking a Contract Attorney or Contract Paralegal to support its in-house legal team on a temporary basis. This role will work closely with the General Counsel and Senior Counsel, providing contract management and legal support in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Review, draft, revise, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including restaurant agreements, NDAs, subscription agreements, and other templated contracts. Perform risk analysis on subscription agreements and maintain the subscription agreement database. Manage contracts through Agiloft contract management software. Monitor contract trackers, add new matters, and follow up with internal business stakeholders regarding contract status. Prepare litigation bulletins as assigned. Take meeting minutes for committee meetings. Assist with monitoring antitrust compliance during member meetings following provided training and guidance. Provide general legal and administrative support to the legal department. Qualifications
2-3+ years of contract review, drafting, and negotiation experience. Experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently. Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and Agiloft experience is a must have!!!
