Requirements
Must have:
We need at least 5 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or a similar technical role.
We prefer a bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Industry certifications such as Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or VMware credentials are considered an advantage.
We expect strong hands‑on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft enterprise environments.
We need experience managing network infrastructure, including VLANs, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
We require experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments; GCC High experience is preferred.
We look for experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
We need experience administering endpoint management platforms such as Intune, Endpoint Central, or similar tools.
We expect experience supporting enterprise backup platforms and disaster recovery planning.
We value familiarity with deployment tools and automation scripting, with PowerShell preferred.
Experience supporting infrastructure for enterprise applications or ERP systems is preferred.
Familiarity with NIST 800‑171 or CMMC security frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities:
We administer and maintain Windows Server environments and core enterprise infrastructure systems.
We manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and identity services.
We support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V and provision virtual machines and server resources.
We monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and service availability.
We handle patching and security updates for servers and related systems.
We maintain file services, storage systems, backup platforms, and health monitoring.
We administer enterprise software deployment tools and build standardized deployment packages.
We coordinate controlled rollouts of software updates and application upgrades.
We maintain infrastructure documentation, including configuration standards and architecture diagrams.
We support network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPN, and wireless networks.
We configure VLANs, routing, subnetting, firewall rules, and other security controls.
We maintain network authentication systems, VoIP, cameras, DNS, DHCP, and other core services.
We support structured cabling, patch panels, and infrastructure expansion projects.
We administer Microsoft 365 GCC High services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and Entra ID.
We configure Conditional Access and secure authentication settings.
We support identity lifecycle integration between on‑premises Active Directory and Entra ID.
We provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for advanced Exchange Online and Teams issues.
We assist with Microsoft Purview tasks such as eDiscovery, retention policies, and litigation holds.
We administer device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Central.
We manage enrollment policies, compliance policies, and security baselines for devices.
We integrate device compliance enforcement with Conditional Access.
We support backend infrastructure for ERP, SQL Server, FileMaker, unified communications, physical security, print services, digital signage, IoT devices, and other network‑connected systems.
We implement and maintain security controls aligned with NIST 800‑171 and CMMC 2.0.
We partner with leadership and compliance advisors on cybersecurity initiatives.
We maintain hardened configuration baselines and ensure logs are forwarded to centralized monitoring platforms.
We support vulnerability remediation, security alert investigations, and audit readiness activities.
We serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation resource for complex infrastructure and systems issues.
We collaborate on infrastructure improvements, modernization efforts, and lifecycle projects.
We provide mentorship and technical guidance to IT support staff.
We participate in rotating on‑call coverage for infrastructure alerts and critical incidents.
