Business Analyst - TS/SCI + CI Polygraph Required

cFocus Software seeks a Business Analyst to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field with 4-12+ years of experience in business analysis
Proficient in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation
Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and user story development
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
Duties:
Analyzes business processes, gathers requirements, and translates stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
Conducts stakeholder interviews, facilitates requirements workshops, and documents functional and non-functional requirements.
Creates process models, use cases, and user stories.
Collaborates with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Performs gap analysis and recommends process improvements.
Supports user acceptance testing and change management activities
