We are now seeking a motivated and skilled Theatre Practitioner (Scrub RN/ODP)  to join our friendly and professional Theatre team.

About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care  across a range of surgical specialities. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will:

  • Support the delivery of safe and efficient theatre care

  • Prepare and manage equipment and consumables

  • Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams

  • Deliver an excellent patient experience through strong communication and professionalism

What You’ll Bring

  • NMC or HCPC registration

  • Proven experience as a Scrub Practitioner

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A commitment to high standards of patient care and safety

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Desirable:

  • Surgical First Assistant qualification

  • Advanced Surgical Practitioner qualification
