Speech Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate and treat adult patients with neurological and medically complex conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in alignment with regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you’ll educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality, and growth-oriented care environment.
