Canada and New Jersey Fulltime 10 + years Salary 120K/annum+benefits BA should be able to perform UAT and functional testing on the home grown application Comfortable with learning application quickly and contribute onto business functionality effectively Good Excel analysis, SQL, Able to use Sharepoint and Confluence effectively Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes. Translate business needs into functional specifications and data-driven solutions. Support project management activities including scoping, risk assessment, and implementation planning. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, SQL databases). Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights. Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and data visualizations to support business goals.
