Clinical Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy focused on maximizing functional outcomes and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document care accurately, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture with growth opportunities.
