Speech Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver 1:1 and group therapy, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize functional outcomes, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
