The Aetna Technology Delivery organization, within CVS Health’s Data, Digital, Analytics, Technology (DDAT) organization, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to help realize the product features for a Conversational AI (CAI) platform that is helping our members to get answers to their health insurance questions through the channel of their choice. In this role you will be responsible for aligning the business needs and technical solutions with a focus on defining and documenting data interfaces, injecting technical logic into conversation flows and collaborating closely with Technical Leads to ensure successful chatbot integrations. Start Date: As soon as possible Duration of the engagement: 6+ months Preferred location: On-Shore/United States; Remote; working hours Eastern Time required Rate Card Role: Business Analyst - Senior/Specialist Number of Roles: 2 You will make an impact by Participating in feature refinement sessions with key stakeholders to ensure the specified needs are clearly articulated, identify gaps, and propose adjustments as needed. Documenting API/data interface/technical requirements Collaborating with Conversation Designers to depict the Conversation flow including technical logic, such as API calls, KPIs, technical notes, etc.
