Leading the quality efforts for the Bitwarden product, the full-time remote QA Manager will manage a cross-functional team of quality engineers, oversee the total quality process, and facilitate the professional development of team members while ensuring effective product delivery. Key responsibilities
Hire, develop, and manage a team of cross-functional QA Engineers Own and improve the quality process, procedures, and decision support for product development and delivery Set measurable goals and report on team progress, status, and roadblocks to management
Required qualifications
Experience in testing SaaS consumer and/or enterprise products Management or team lead experience from a previous technical position Familiarity with lean or agile development methodologies Experience testing mobile and cross-platform/browser applications Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable strategic goals
