Job Type: Regular Work Location: Best Buy 14 - Rochester, MN 55901 Overview Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $18.00 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and tailor demonstrations to ideal customer needs. Engage & build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness. Report competitive insights and maintain product knowledge. Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments. Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Advising customers by providing information on products and services. Accurately document and report sales, track activity to Retail Operations. Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable. Minimum 1-year job experience; six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred. Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm. Outgoing personality, eager to learn, comfortable engaging with customers. Experience in electronic, tech, or wireless customer service or retail preferred. Training or product demonstration experience a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal & problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in fast‑paced team environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
