What You'll Be Doing
Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently Review, code, and reconcile invoices while resolving discrepancies Manage and audit employee expense reports in accordance with company policies Leverage Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis (including formulas and reconciliations) Maintain accurate vendor records and support payment runs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient AP operations Assist with month-end close and provide general accounting support as needed What We're Looking For
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data analysis, and reporting) Hands-on experience with expense reporting systems Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Why This Opportunity Stands Out
