About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing and well-established organization, is seeking an
Accounts Payable Specialist
to join their team. This position will play a key role in supporting daily operations, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize daily responsibilities within the department. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient workflow. Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to leadership. Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support special projects and additional initiatives as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and established procedures. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. 4+ years of Accounts Payable Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry-specific systems or software. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Pay Details:
$30.00 to $33.00 per hour
