The position requires routine interactions with Operations, Customer Service, DEA Compliance, and various other functional teams throughout the organization. Maintaining a focus on minimizing the organization’s risk for loss and maintaining product quality is of utmost importance for this position.
Essential Functions and Duties
Continuously monitor all shipments from the FFF distribution center using reporting tools.
Use risk‑based decision making to intervene on delayed shipments.
Determine corrective actions required to reduce in transit shipment losses.
Use shipper qualification and manufacturer stability data to evaluate delayed shipments for product quality impact.
Coordinate with the carrier to investigate lost shipments.
Coordinate with Finance to provide required data for filing lost shipment claims.
Assist management with tracking and trending KPIs.
Ensure a high standard of performance and conformance to Quality Management Systems.
Adhere specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws.
Display dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives.
Represent the Company in a professional manner and appearance at all times.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
Required Knowledge
Knowledgeable of regulatory requirements and quality principles.
Understanding of cold chain distribution.
Required Experience
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed SOPs and utilize good documentation practices.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical.
Experience with SAP.

Physical requirements Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to view a computer screen for long periods and sit for extended periods. Ability to work required hours and days to complete essential functions. Ability to lift and maneuver items of at least 20 lbs. Ability to travel occasionally. Working condition includes normal office setting/warehouse.
Mental Demands Learning, thinking, concentration, and ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy times. Pay close attention to detail and work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service. Ability to interact effectively with co‑workers and customers, exercise self‑control and diplomacy in employee relations situations, exercise discretion and appropriate judgment, and proactively find solutions.
