We are seeking a Backend Engineer to build and scale the server-side infrastructure powering TriClick™, our AI platform for clinical trial automation. You will design APIs, data pipelines, and integrations that process sensitive clinical data. What You’ll Do Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs Build data processing pipelines for clinical datasets Ensure system security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, 21 CFR Part 11) Optimize database performance and system scalability Collaborate with AI/ML engineers on model serving infrastructure Requirements 3+ years of backend development experience Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) Understanding of security best practices and healthcare compliance Why Hill Research Build infrastructure that powers clinical trial innovation Work with cutting-edge AI and ML technologies Collaborative team of scientists and engineers
