About the role We’re seeking a proactive and customer‑focused IT Support and Security Analyst to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you’ll provide Level2 support across end‑user technology, cloud platforms, and modern Microsoft environments, while also supporting cyber security initiatives including alert monitoring, phishing simulations, incident response, and awareness programs.
Qualifications
3–5 years’ experience in a Level2 IT support, desktop support, or similar infrastructure role
Strong experience with Microsoft365, Intune, EntraID, and Azure Virtual Desktop
Exposure to cyber security operations (alert triage, incident response, SIEM/MDR environments)
Experience with scripting and automation (ideally PowerShell)
Solid understanding of desktops, operating systems, networking, and end‑user environments
Strong troubleshooting ability and a customer‑first mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Responsibilities
Providing Level2 support across desktop, software, hardware, and end‑user issues
Supporting and administering Microsoft365, Intune, EntraID, and Azure Virtual Desktop
Assisting with device provisioning, application deployment, and user administration
Monitoring and responding to cyber security alerts, incidents, and remediation activities
Supporting phishing campaigns and cyber security awareness initiatives
Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and improve services
Maintaining documentation, asset registers, and support procedures
Supporting meeting room technology and audio‑visual systems
Contributing to continuous improvements across IT support, cloud, and security operations
