Description Join our Q&CS (Quality and Customer Satisfaction) team to influence product quality across the entire automotive line, including conventional, electric, and fuel cell powertrains. You will collaborate with global partners in Sweden, France, Brazil, and the US to accelerate quality issue detection, forecasting, and resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analytics assignments from data exploration and structuring to modeling, problem solving, and recommendation.
Develop and implement methodologies to support Product Quality leaders in emerging issue detection, forecasting, and uptime performance.
Integrate data from multiple sources such as warranty, logged vehicle, customer, manufacturing, and high‑resolution truck data.
Collaborate closely with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Data Scientists on implementation and deployment of advanced analytics solutions.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent (Graduate Degree Preferred).
Experience solving technical quality problems in a quality‑oriented organization.
Proficiency in PowerBI.
Hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, R, Azure Analytics Cloud, Jupyter Notebook, and Apache Spark.
Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, e.g., K-means, Random Forest).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Compensation Hourly Rate: $50.00 – $61.00
