Key Job Responsibilities
Create and execute comprehensive test plans for AI hardware systems from prototype through mass production.
Design and develop automated test suites and frameworks using Python, C/C++, and shell scripting.
Own the deployment and maintenance of test solutions in high‑volume manufacturing environments.
Drive system‑level testing covering hardware, firmware, and software integration.
Debug complex issues across hardware/software boundaries and perform failure analysis.
Collaborate with manufacturing partners to optimize and scale test deployment globally.
Analyze test results and provide data‑driven recommendations for product quality improvements.
Develop and maintain clear test documentation and procedures for manufacturing teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience building test automation frameworks and tools.
Experience in a Linux or Unix environment.
5+ years of integration, testing, and automation experience.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
Experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware.
Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
Programmatic testing experience, measuring test coverage, developing automation, and driving testability and diagnostics.
Hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems.
Data collection, analysis, and utilization to drive process and system improvements.
Gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality.
High‑volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience.
Performance and stress testing methods and frameworks experience.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
