Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their performance and productivity.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's customer base.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to stay ahead of market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress against targets and present findings to senior management.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and work closely with other departments to address product or service improvements and enhancements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Requirements Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field; master's degree preferred; technical background is desired.
Professional Experience Three more years' previous work experience in sales, management, or relevant experience.
International Trading Experience International trading Experience and Import or Export, tariff management experience is desired.
Proven Experience Proven experience in sales management in the automotive or off-road machine industry.
Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of industry trends, products, and competition.
Diversity Global Experience Working experience with diversity global team
Skills & Competencies
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Mobility Up to 25% travel, including domestic and occasional international travel.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
