Are you a proactive and energetic sales professional eager to showcase your exceptional sales skills? Our next regional sales manager needs to understand the local market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales to our Austin market. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can devise innovative ways to exceed sales targets and profit margins. We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while also prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking. Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience managing sales, preferably in the Construction industry.

Responsibilities
Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives
Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads
Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and networking in the local community
Qualifications
Bachelor's (eg, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications)
3 years or more in management of a sales team or region, plus 3 to 5 years in frontline sales
Strategic thinker and process builder
People-first leadership with a focus on achievable goals and team support
Sales savvy with integrity, delivering client-centered solutions
Adaptable and open to change, willing to experiment and optimize for team success
Clear and motivating communicator, engaging team with vision and game plan
Empathetic and people-centered, valuing people as much as numbers
Sharp on numbers and tracking, proactive with data to identify patterns and drive improvement
Compensation $100,000 per year plus commissions and bonuses
